退款政策

For returns/exchanges: 

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery 
Dispatch items back within: 14 - 20 days of delivery.
For cancellations please contact us via our contact form if you have any problems with your order - we're always happy to help!

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Custom made items.
  • Personalised items.
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
  • Seconds grade items as faulty items as they have been listed as flawed or defective.
Conditions of return:

Items must be returned for refund/exchange in their original condition and packaging.

If an item has been returned to us due to a non collection or missed delivery attempts than the buyer is responsible for any charges for redelivery including re-posting or collection. Delivery partners will make attempts to redeliver, as such we won't refund items for non-collection until we have received back the unreceived item.
